en معرفی بیمارمبتلابه بروسلوز با تظاهرابسه طحالی:گزارش مورد تخصصي Special <div><span dir="RTL">بروسلوز نوعی بیماری مشترک بین انسان و یک مشکل مهم بهداشتی در برخی مناطق است. این بیماری به ویژه می تواند سیستم های اسکلتی ، عصبی و دستگاه تناسلی را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. آبسه های طحال یکی از عوارض جدی اما غیر معمول آن است. یک مرد 48 ساله با درد شدید شکم ، تب و تعریق از بیمارستان مراجعه کرد</span>.&nbsp; <span dir="RTL">نتایج آزمایشات سرولوژی رایت و کومز منفی بود، اما آزمایش کشت خون نشان داد که وی مبتلا به بروسلوز است. پس از 2 روز با آنتی بیوتیک درمانی ، آزمایش سرولوژی رایت و آزمایش سرولوژی کومبس مجدداً انجام شد و نتیجه مثبت بود. بنابراین هنگامی که یک بیمار با آبسه طحال و علائم عفونی تشخیص داده می شود اما آزمایش های سرولوژی با بروسلوز منفی است ، ما نمی توانیم این بیماری را رد کنیم و آزمایشات بیشتری باید انجام شود</span>.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Brucellosis is a kind of zoonosis and an important health problem in some areas. This disease especially can affect skeletal, neurological and genitourinary systems. Spleen abscesses are one of its serious but uncommon complications. A 48-year-old male with severe abdominal pain, fever and sweating visited the hospital. After examinations, the serological Wright test and Coombs serology test were obtained and their results were both negative but the blood culture test revealed he is infected with brucellosis. After 2 days with antibiotic therapy, the serological Wright test and Coombs serology test were performed again and resulted in positive.
