en نقش تنوع فرهنگی بر گرایش به استعمال دخانیات نوجوانان Trends in Susceptibility to Smoking by Cultural diversity on adolescents' smoking تخصصي Special پیشینه: به نظر می‌رسد رفتارهای مصرفی در گروه‌های  قومی و نیز گروه همسالان بسیار متفاوت است. دلیل آن ممکن است فرهنگ غالب و انتقال آن به سایر گروه‌های اجتماعی باشد. با این حال، تا به امروز، تعداد کمی مطالعه بر اهمیت نقش تنوع فرهنگی و تاثیر آن بر رفتار مصرفی افراد متمرکز بوده‌ است.  اهداف:  ما به دنبال شناسایی عوامل فردی و زمینه‌ای موثر بر شروع استعمال دخانیات در بین نوجوانان توسط دوستان و عادات مصرفی آنها هستیم. روش: این یک مطالعه موردی است که در سال 1400 بر روی 319 دانش‌آموز (16 تا 18 ساله) در شهرستان ورامین انجام شد. روش نمونه‌گیری، تصادفی طبقه‌ای، ابزار جمع‌آوری، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، تکنیک تحلیل داده‌ها؛ فراوانی نسبی، درصد فراوانی، آزمون t (دو نمونه مستقل)، آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه، ضرایب همبستگی کندال، پیرسون بود. نتایج: مصرف دخانیات در قومیت‌های عرب، فارس و لر به‌ترتیب با میانگین 4، 6/3، 41/3 نسبت به قومیت‌های ترک، سایر قومیت‌ها و کرد با میانگین 86/2، 36/2 و 2 بالاتر بود. همچنین نتایج آزمون مربع کای نشان داد که میزان استعمال دخانیات در طبقات متوسط و زیاد در دورهمی‌های دوستی به ترتیب 6/47 و 9/27 بود و تاثیر این دورهمی در گرایش به استعمال فرد در طبقات متوسط و زیاد به ترتیب با 101 و 49 دارای بیشترین فراوانی بود. نتیجه‌گیری: در اجرای برنامه‌های پیشگیرانه هدف قرار دادن نوجوانان مستعد با در نظر گرفتن تنوع فرهنگی و گروه دوستان می‌تواند استعمال دخانیات را در بین نوجوانان کنترل و یا آن را به تاخیر بیاندازد.   Smoking behaviors seem to vary widely across ethnicity and peer groups. The reason may include dominant culture and its transfer to other social groups. However, to date, few of the research literature has focused on the role of cultural diversity on the smoking behavior-related traits. We sought to identify individual and contextual factors of adolescent smoking initiation by friends and their consumption habits. This case study was conducted in 2021 and involved 319 school-going adolescents in Varamin County, Tehran, Iran, who completed a self-administered anonymous questionnaire on tobacco product use, designed based on the Likert scale. The data were analyzed using frequency percentage, t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Kendall’s and Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and the chi-square test (less than 0.01). In the present study, smoking among Arab, Fars, and Lur ethnicities, with mean scores of 4, 3.6, and 3.41, respectively, is higher than smoking among Turk, other ethnicities, and Kurd groups, with mean scores of 2.86, 2.36, and 2. In addition, the results of the chi-squared test showed that the rates of average and high smoking in the friendly gatherings were 47.6% and 27.9%, respectively, and, in terms of responses to influences on their consumption, average and high smokers had the highest frequency with 101 and 49, respectively.
