en مروری بر توریسم سلامت باروری: فرصت‌ها و چالش‌ها تخصصي Special <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">زمینه: توریسم باروری به نقل مکان افراد از یک موسسه، حوزه قضایی یا کشوری که در آن زندگی می‌کنند به موسسه، حوزه قضایی یا کشور دیگری برای دسترسی به درمان باروری اشاره دارد. این نوع توریسم در حال توسعه است، بسیاری از جنبه های مهم مانند جنبه های بهداشتی، کیفیت مراقبت های پزشکی، مسائل مالی، ملاحظات اخلاقی، مسائل حقوقی و شفافیت بین المللی مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی موضوع توریسم باروری، فرصت ها و چالش های آن است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">کسب شواهد: این تحقیق یک مطالعه مرور روایتی است که با هدف مطالعه مقالات دانشگاهی در مورد اهداکنندگان باروری در قرن بیست و یکم (بین سال‌های 2000 تا 2023) انجام شده است. مطالب مورد تجزیه و تحلیل بیشتر به زبان انگلیسی شامل کتاب و مقالات است. جستجوها در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی مانند </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">Google Scholar</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> و پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی دانشگاهی مانند </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">Sage</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">، </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">Scopus</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">، </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">Taylor and Francis</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">، </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">Web of Science</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> و </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">Wiley</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> انجام شد. در نهایت فقط 18 مقاله در نظر گرفته شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتایج: افزایش روند جابجایی توریسم های باروری از کشورهای توسعه یافته به کشورهای اهدا کننده رو به افزایش است و نیازمند توجه به همه جوانب است. موارد ذکر شده در مورد کشورهای اهدا کننده در این پژوهش، نشان دهنده موضوعات مهم فرهنگی و اجتماعی در امر اهداء است که حاکی از اهمیت درک دغدغه ها در مورد چالش های اهدایی است. توریسم باروری، کثرت گرایی اخلاقی است که با عبور از مرزهای قانونی به دست می آید. این راه حل عملی مستلزم تنوع قانونی است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجه گیری: توریسم باروری مزایای اقتصادی ویژه ای برای کشور به همراه دارد که قابل توجه است. این تکنیک ممکن است به چالش های اخلاقی و حقوقی پیچیده ای منجر شود. کشورهای مختلف و نهادهای بین المللی تلاش های قابل توجهی برای نظم دادن به این رویه انجام داده اند تا زمینه حقوقی آن در سراسر جهان استاندارد شود و از طرح دعوی قضایی جلوگیری شود. با این حال، باید مطالعات بیشتری در این زمینه انجام شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> Reproductive tourism refers to the movement of persons from one institution, jurisdiction, or country where they live to another institution, jurisdiction, or country to access fertility treatment. This type of tourism is developing; many important aspects, such as health aspects, quality of medical care, financial matters, ethical considerations, legal matters, and international transparency, remain unexplored. The present study aims to investigate the issue of reproductive tourism, its opportunities, and challenges. This research is a narrative review study, which aimed to study academic articles on fertility donors in the last 10 years. The analyzed materials are in English and Persian, including free books and articles. The searches were performed on databases such as Google Scholar and academic databases such as Sage, Scopus, Web of Science, and Wiley. Finally, only 18 materials were considered. The appalling trend of reproductive tourists&rsquo; movement from developed countries to donor countries is increasing and requires attention to all aspects. The mentioned issues about donors in this study show important cultural and social matters in donation, indicating the importance of understanding concerns about donation challenges. Reproductive tourism is moral pluralism that is achieved by crossing legal borders. This practical solution presupposes legal diversity. The reproductive tourism brings special economic benefits to the country, which are considerable. This technique may lead to more complicated ethical and legal challenges. Various countries and international institutions have made significant efforts to regulate this procedure to standardize its legal context worldwide and avoid litigation.
