en ارائه یک راهنمای مراقبتی برای بیماران دیستروفی دوشن و خانواده‌هایشان: مروری بر مقالات عمومى General <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:">پیشینه: دیستروفی عضلانی دوشن (</span>DMD) <span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:">یک بیماری ارثی مخرب کودکان است که هیچ درمان موثری ندارد. اعضای خانواده در حین مراقبت از کودک مبتلا به دیستروفی دوشن، فشارهای عاطفی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی را متحمل می‌شوند. بنابراین، نیاز به برنامه مراقبت از بیمار و خانواده کاملاً احساس می‌شود. هدف ما تهیه راهنمایی بود که بتواند به عنوان یک راهنمای عالی برای خانواده‌های آنها مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:">طراحی: یک بررسی 5 مرحله‌ای به شرح زیر انجام شد: تعریف سوال بررسی، تعیین اهداف بررسی، جستجوی پایگاه‌های داده برای شناسایی مطالعات مرتبط، انتخاب مطالعات بر اساس معیارهای تعیین شده و استخراج و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها. در مرحله سوم، بررسی خود را از متون موجود با استفاده از </span>PubMed<span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:">، </span>CINAL<span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:">، </span>Science Direct<span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:">، </span>Ovid<span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:">، </span>Embase<span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:">، </span>Pro Quest<span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:">، </span>Web of science<span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"> و </span>Google Scholar<span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"> بین سال‌های 1991 تا 2024 انجام دادیم. محققان از کلمات کلیدی </span>MESH<span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"> دیستروفی عضلانی، دوشن، مراقبت‌های بهداشتی جامع، مراقب به صورت جداگانه یا ترکیبی استفاده کردند. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:">نتایج: در این بخش، عوارض به همراه مداخلاتی که خانواده می‌تواند انجام دهد، ارائه شده است. مدیریت درد، کمک به ارتقای قدرت عضلانی، کمک به ارتقای فعالیت‌های روزمره زندگی، ملاحظات مربوط به مصرف داروها، مدیریت قلبی، ملاحظات تنفسی، مدیریت دستگاه گوارش - تغذیه، بلع، مدیریت روانی-اجتماعی و مدیریت عملکرد غدد درون‌ریز/متابولیک از مهمترین اقداماتی است که خانواده می‌تواند انجام دهد. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span arial="" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجایی که دیستروفی دوشن مانند سایر بیماری‌های مزمن مزمن است، مراقبت از خود و نقش خانواده در این بیماران بسیار مهم است. خانواده می‌تواند نقش مهمی در پیشگیری از مشکلات جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی در این بیماران و بهبود کیفیت زندگی آنها داشته باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) is a life-threatening inherited disease in children, for which no effective therapies currently exist. Family members undergo emotional and socioeconomic strain while providing care for a child with Duchenne dystrophy. Therefore, there is an urgent need for patient- and family-centered care programs. The purpose of this study was to develop a comprehensive guideline to support families caring for individuals with DMD. A five-step review was undertaken as follows: defining the review question, setting the review objectives, searching databases to identify relevant studies, selecting studies according to set criteria, and extracting and analyzing data. In the third stage, a review of the existing literature was done using PubMed, CINAHL, Science Direct, Ovid, Embase, Pro Quest, Web of science and Google Scholar between 1991 and 2024. Researchers used the MESH keywords muscular dystrophy, Duchenne, comprehensive health care, and caregiver separately or in combination. The findings identified disease-related complications and corresponding care interventions that can be undertaken by family members. These interventions included pain management, promotion of muscle strength, assistance with activities of daily living, considerations related to medication use, cardiac management, respiratory care, gastrointestinal management (including nutrition and swallowing), psychosocial support, and management of endocrine and metabolic functions. Since Duchenne dystrophy is chronic, self-care and the role of the family in these patients are very important.
